1. General These Terms of Service apply to all customers and visitors of IDELL. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our store constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Pricing & Orders All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order in the event of a pricing error, stock discrepancy, or suspected fraudulent activity. You will be notified and fully refunded if your order is cancelled.

3. Product Information We make every effort to accurately describe and photograph our jewellery, including metal type, stone, and sizing details. Please note that colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings. If you have questions about a specific piece, please contact us before purchasing.

4. Allergic Reactions & Material Sensitivity All materials used in our jewellery are listed in each product description. IDELL is not responsible for allergic reactions or sensitivities to metals or other materials. Customers with known metal allergies (such as nickel sensitivity) are advised to review product materials carefully before purchasing.

5. No Returns or Exchanges Due to the personal and hygienic nature of jewellery, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. Please refer to our Refund Policy for details on defective or incorrectly described items.

6. Intellectual Property All content on this website, including product photos, descriptions, and branding, is the property of IDELL and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability IDELL is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our liability is limited to the value of the order placed.
