Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping within Canada We ship across Canada using Canada Post. Estimated delivery times once shipped:

• Standard shipping: 5-10 business days
• Expedited shipping: 2-5 business days

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package's journey.

Damaged or Lost Packages We carefully package all jewellery orders using protective boxes and bubble mailers to ensure safe delivery. Please note that standard shipping includes only basic carrier coverage. If you would like additional protection for your order, we recommend selecting a shipping protection option at checkout where available. In the event your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date with your order number and photos of any damage, and we will do our best to assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
